    3. Roll gently in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal motions for 30–60 seconds.
    4. Apply a hydrating serum immediately after use.
    5. Use 2–3 times per week.
    6. Always disinfect before and after each session.
      Use in the evening and wear SPF the next day.
